About Me
My name is Erin, and I’d love to share how Every Little Stitch came to life.
From a very young age, I was inspired by my Nan. She created everything - human clothes, pet clothes, paintings, drawings, dolls, bears, and beautiful hand embroidery all from scratch.
Her talent was endless, and to me, she was nothing short of AMAZING.
In 2017, my Nan passed away from cancer. After spending 29 years watching her create, I felt it was finally my turn to carry on her creative legacy. I bought my very first sewing machine with the idea of making pet coats for local pounds and the homeless. What looked “easy” at first turned out to be hours of trial, error, and practice but I loved every moment of learning.
Not long after, I discovered machine embroidery and instantly fell in love. I started with a small entry-level embroidery machine, which was perfect for practicing (though at times, very frustrating!). A year later, I invested in a larger machine with a bigger embroidery area, opening the door to more detailed designs and a wider range of products.
That’s how Every Little Stitch was born - out of love, creativity, and the inspiration my Nan gave me. Today, every piece I make is a tribute to her and the joy of handmade craft.
Dedicated to Maye
In loving memory of my Nan, Maye.
Forever in my heart
